Swabhava–Swadharma: the science of self-knowledge
Swabhava is your innate nature — the unique configuration of personality, aptitudes, drives, and values that you were born with and that cannot be permanently overridden by circumstance, coaching, or willpower. Dheya's psychometric framework — RAPD — is the bridge between Swabhava and Swadharma. It measures four dimensions (Role, Aptitude, Profile, and Drive) to create a precise map of your innate nature, then matches you to career paths where that nature becomes your greatest advantage.
From 2006 to today
Founded in Pune — first structured career counselling centre in Maharashtra, built on the Swabhava-Swadharma philosophy.
Developed the RAPD Assessment framework — a four-dimension psychometric instrument measuring Role, Aptitude, Profile, and Drive.
Partnership with Indian Army for structured career transition programmes for retiring officers and senior NCOs.
Expanded to 5 cities across India. First cohort of externally certified Dheya mentors launched.
