Cancellation Window

Within 24 hours of purchaseFull refund

Assessment Fees

RAPD assessment fees are non-refundable once the assessment has been administered, as scoring and report generation costs are incurred at that point.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email refunds@dheya.com with your order ID and reason
  2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days
  3. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
  4. Refunds are credited to the original payment method

Exceptions

If a session was missed due to mentor unavailability, we will reschedule or provide a full refund for that session regardless of timing.
